Earth Origins Marketplace + Cafe
Earth Origins debunks the myth that going organic will make food less fun and exciting. With meat and vegetables sourced locally and delivered fresh to the store everyday, Rman Lorenzo shares that the way they make sure the food they serve is palatable to everyone is to let their kids try it and assess before it becomes part of their menu. From appetizer to main course, Earth Origins delivers healthy and heavenly dishes.
Chef Neil Ramos, the mastermind behind the well-loved Filipino comfort food of Neil’s Kitchen, shares that he did not try to “change” Filipino food when he created his recipes; he only sought to present Filipino food in a new way. Neil’s Kitchen showcased both classic dishes like the Sinigang Paella and Chef Neil’s new concoctions, proving that Neil’s Kitchen is a force to be reckoned with in the restaurant biz.
Butamaru remains untouchable in the ramen game. Their tonkotsu broth is made in a process that lasts 16 hours and their noodles are homemade. Did we mention that Chef Jerome Lim trained under Master Artisan Sugimura-san of Menko noodle company to learn the ropes of ramen-making?
These dishes are a testament to Chef Jerome Lim’s craft.
This homegrown burger joint has long been popular for their extra juicy, extra meaty burgers.Today, Brother’s Burger is spreading their wings. With a brand new menu that proves they’re #MoreThanJustBurgers, they can now be seen serving some of the best chicken wings, pizzas, fries, milkshakes, and more!
The restaurant is also opening its very first overseas branch in Tokyo, Japan, so watch out for that.
Alba Restaurante Español
Alba has been in the Philippines since 1952, and until today, it still has not lost its magic. The Spanish cuisine served in Alba remains a favorite among Alabang’s lunch crowd, and anyone who pays the Westgate a visit for a gastronomic adventure. Their paellas remain classic, and their tapas–still the best in town.
