The insurance program provides a wide range of benefits for an annual amount of P150: Death (P5,000), Accidental Death and Permanent Disability (P15,000), Accidental Medical/Reimbursement (P2,000 max.), Daily Confinement (P200/day max. of 30 days), Instant Abuloy (P500), and Fire and/or Lightning Assistance (P3,000); in addition, an option for a six-month coverage for the principal insurer is also available at P75.

Under 4Ps, Family Packages are also available for an annual fee of only P250, a Principal would have his/her Spouse and a maximum of 3 children enjoy insurance benefits.
A Principal’s Spouse could avail of Death Benefit (P5,000), Accidental Death and Permanent Disability (P15,000), Daily Confinement Benefit (P200/day) and Instant Abuloy (P500) while his/her children (max of 3) would enjoy Death Benefit (P1,000), Accidental Death and Permanent Disability (P2,000) and Instant Abuloy (P250).
Six-month coverage for Family Packages is also available at P125 as premium.
