The South’s go-to one-stop shop and cafe is all about serving fresh, guaranteed organic meals that are not only good for you, but also surely a party for the palate. At the Westgate Food Crawl 2018, Earth Origins Marketplace + Cafe served up the newest offerings on their ever-evolving menu.
To start off, the straightforward Ricotta Cheese with Blueberry Jam Toast and Stracciatella Cheese with Pineapple Jam Toast were served to prepare the guests for a fantastically filling ride.

Next in line was the Crabstick and Mango Wrap, which is powered by spices and probiotic Kefir sauce. Guests were also given the chance to try three chef-recommended salads from the menu: Tuna Poke Salad, made with ceviche tuna (marinated raw tuna) and sesame soy dressing and miso dressing; House Special Chicken Salad with honey mustard vinaigrette; and Protein Boost Salad, which is made with beef tenderloin, chicken egg, bleu cheese, and more for a full serving of protein!

Their specialty, the crunchy Korean-style Fried Cauliflower, or KFC, is given its distinct taste by their homemade garlic sauce and organic cauliflower.

To refresh guests as they tried Earth Origins Cafe’s many scrumptious organic dishes were a selection of the restaurant’s own fresh juices.

For the main course, guests got to try their burgers, popular for their charcoal-infused buns. Burgers served were the Classic Beef Burger, Blue Cheese Burger, Veggie Burger, and their Pulled Chicken Burger. Another of their specialty main courses was the paella, two kinds of which were served: Seafood Paella and All Meat Paella.
